Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are at your own expense.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition (free from scents, makeup, wear, or washing).

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• All original tags must still be attached.

Exceptions – Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Damaged or non-original items

• Items returned after the 14-day return period

• Items without hangtags

Exchanges

Need a different size?
You can easily request this when registering your return via our return portal.

If the desired size is out of stock, you will automatically receive a refund.
